One Unusual Tip to Relieve Neck & Back Pain

December 19, 2018 | A Little Easier #7
Do you deal with neck or back pain? This week's little tip will help you alleviate that pain! And, it won't break the bank.

Season 2 is almost here!

Season 2 kicks off on January 2! I can’t wait to launch into a brand new season, full of awesome content, all geared at making life and work easier.

And, we’re starting with a series I’m calling New Year, New Business. If you have any interest at all in starting a side-hustle, you won’t want to miss it!

Do you deal with neck and/or back pain?

I do too. I have chronic pain that runs down the right side of my neck and into my right shoulder.

I’ve tried about a zillion ways of alleviating it, and I’ve only found a few that work.

First, I have a couple of point massagers that help. Check out the one I have here.

I also learned, from my mom, that using a tennis ball can help. She taught me that if you lay down on the floor, put the ball between the spot where it hurts and the floor, and roll it around, it can help to work out the knots.

This definitely does work! The only issue I have with it is that it’s kind of a clunky way of doing it. It’s hard to get the ball in exactly the right spot sometimes.

Have pain? See car dealer!

About a month ago, I was in my car dealer’s office, and the subject of neck pain came up. I have no idea why.

He then gave me an idea which modifies the tennis ball suggestion so that you don’t have to lay on the floor: Put the ball inside of a pillow case.

This way, you can lean up against a wall and use the ball to massage the painful spots. You have better control this way, and again, you don’t have to wriggle around on the floor.

Give it a shot and let me know what you think!
